Use the right subject line
Pick the keyword below that matches your message and include it as the first word of your subject line. It tells our filter what to do with the email and gets you a faster, more useful reply.
- DMCA — copyright / takedown notices (see the full procedure)
- Abuse — illegal content, CSAM, terrorism, doxxing, or anything that violates YouTube's TOS
- Bug — broken pages, videos that won't play, language switcher issues
- Language — suggestions for a new language or category
- Partnership — business inquiries only
- Anything else — just write; we'll figure it out
What to include in your message
The more specific you are, the faster we can help. Where applicable, please include:
- The Flixio URL of the page in question (e.g.
flixio.app/watch/1234/title/) - The YouTube URL of the source video, if known
- Your language and country (for timezone and locale reasons)
- The device and browser you were using (e.g. iPhone 14, Safari 17)
- A screenshot if it helps explain the issue
Frequently asked
A video I uploaded was indexed on Flixio. How do I remove it?
If you are the uploader, simply delete the video from YouTube — it will disappear from Flixio automatically within a few hours. If you are a rights holder whose work was re-uploaded by someone else, file a YouTube copyright strike (which is the fastest route) and also send us a DMCA notice as described above.
I am a creator and want my work promoted on Flixio. Can I submit it?
We don't run a submission program. Flixio indexes public YouTube content; if your video is public on YouTube and in one of our supported languages and categories, our crawler will pick it up on its own. There's nothing to submit.
Can you add a new language / category?
We add new languages and categories when we have enough high-quality content to fill them. If you want to suggest one, write to info@flixio.app with "Language Suggestion" in the subject line. No promises, but we read every one.
Where is Flixio based?
Flixio is operated by an independent team from the European Union. Our servers are hosted in the EU.
